The final stage on completion of installing metal pipe tubing for gas.

Metal gas pipes were used on Seventh Avenue instead of the plastic pipes used on Waverly Place. Con Edison requires tat they have to be at least 25 feet away from steam pipes.

The distance is 50 feet away but SEC used metal pipes because when dealing with gas safety is the most important.
