NY Empire State Tattoo Expo Presented by Inked Magazine on July 15 and July 16, 2017 at the NYC Midtown Hilton. For many it was a change to get tattooed by world famous tattoo artists.

Inside of the expo, Thomas O'Dowd shows his body tattoos. He is what is called is a "tattoo collector" with 300 hours of tattoo work.
