"I have been obsessed with octopuses since I was a little kid. At that time they were very mysterious and I liked that. They are also beautiful, powerful and graceful which is something that I want represented on my body. There are only a few things that I latched onto when I was little and they have all stuck with me in one way or another, and the octopus is one of those things. Even just to watch them move is exhilarating for me. Their ink sacs, their camouflage, their lack of exoskeleton all contribute to how interesting I find this creature.
