Armored Kantus Cosplay - GOR-161813-2cR18

Cosplayer in his amored Kantus costume from Gears of War video game at the New York Comic Con. The whole family build this costume, Jamie, AnnMarie and Kevin it took 7 months to build out of Eva foam.

The Armored Kantus, or Kantus Knights, were an elite, armored class of Kantus priest. They were first seen roughly 18 months after the sinking of Jacinto. Clad in onyx armor and dual-wielding Gorgon SMGs, the Armored Kantus were a force to be reckoned with.

More than 200,000 people attended the event dressed up as their favorite superhero to celebrate comic books, sci-fi and video games.


The New York Comic Con convention, is a celebration of comic books, graphic novels, sci-fi and video games, toys, movies and television.
