Demolition, excavation and the retaining walls finished up to the ground floor of 192 7th Avenue, NYC.

A new subcontracted construction crew will work on the superstructure. The different steps will be: 1) build load bearing framework on the first floor 2) 4x8 plywood on top of framework 3) floor opening for plumbing connections and extensions 4) rebar frome for concrete 5) concrete then poured 6) external enclosing walls and 6) the vertical extension process repeated 4 more times.
