Jean Webster has been providing services to the homeless and disenfranchised. More than 30 years ago, she found a man searching through garbage for food. She invited him to her home, served him a meal and asked him to return the next day. The next day he returned with a friend. She continued this ministry from her home and over time retired from her job. She served huhdreds from her home with her own money. In 1995 the "friends"of Jean Webster formed an organization to manage and promote Ms. Webster's work. 1n 1997 Atlantic City Presbyterian Mission Council initiated a $500,000 relocation project to move her feeding program to the kitchen and fellowship hall of Victory First Presbyterian Deliverance Church.
