NYC AIDS Memorial on June 10, 2023. We’re creating an all day event WEAVERS OF THE DAISY CHAIN GANG CHORUS: TIES THAT BOND - a durational performance/installation in collaboration with NYOBS - our “queer- skinned kitchen band” including Mike Cacciatore and John Swartz, with DJ Econ and
special guests TBA. Beginning at noon, our ensemble will weave a tapestry of ribbons, sound, movement, music, and text throughout the Memorial site, evoking the tradition of springtime maypole celebrations.
