Snake Tattoo - GOR-174684-19

NY Empire State Tattoo Expo Presented by Inked Magazine on July 20 and July 21, 2019 at the NYC Midtown Hilton. For many it was a change to get tattooed by world famous tattoo artists.

Outside of the expo she shows her snake tattoo on her shoulder.

Historically and across cultures, serpents represent fertility and creative life force. Since they shed their skins they are apt symbols of transformation, rebirth, healing, and immortality.

In ancient mythologies, the snake is often a symbol of knowledge, wisdom, fertility, knowledge, and patience.

Snakes represent many powerful things psychologically and symbolically, and as a life symbol or animal spirit, they are powerfully evocative.

Body art or tattoos has entered the mainstream it is no longer considered a weird kind of subculture.

Tattoos are no longer just a male thing, young women are just as likely to get a tattoo as males. )

"According to a 2006 Pew survey, 40% of Americans between the ages of 26 and 40 have been tattooed".
