refab glass- facade shell installed on the construction of the 21-story “tech hub” at 124 East 14th Street in Manhattan, just east of Union Square.

The building will comprise 254,000 square feet including a mix of affordable and market-rate office space for tech companies, in addition to retail and dining facilities.


Prefab building process is when the individual modules of a building are built in a controlled factory setting using an assembly line process, beginning with building the frame and ending with the interior and exterior finishes. Completed modules are delivered to the site and pieced together to form a finished building.
