Looking up at 799 Broadway, a 12-story zig-zagging office complex 182-foot-tall building at the corner of Broadway and East 11th Street in Greenwich Village. Height of the office floors is somewhere between 12 to 15 feet.
The building will feature a series of stacked and interlocking volumes clad in glass that gradually set back from the sidewalk, the aesthetic will make it stand out from the more traditional surrounding architecture.
Landscaped outdoor terraces will be positioned atop the numerous setbacks, with some stretching the entire length of the superstructure from east to west. The northern profile is the widest and is more evenly tiered. Office tenants will get abundant natural light exposure, especially in the morning hours.
