Comic Con 2021 Captain American Cosplay - GOR-1012088-cE21

Captain America is a superhero appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics. Created by cartoonists Joe Simon and Jack Kirby, the character first appeared in Captain America Comics #1 from Timely Comics, a predecessor of Marvel Comics.

The character wears a costume bearing an American flag motif, and he utilizes a nearly-indestructible shield that he throws as a projectile. Captain America is the alter ego of Steve Rogers, a frail young artist enhanced to the peak of human perfection by an experimental "super-soldier serum" after joining the military to aid the United States government's efforts in World War II. Near the end of the war, he was trapped in ice and survived in suspended animation until he was revived in modern times

After a two-year hiatus, ReedPop is bringing New York Comic Con back to the city that never sleeps. Much has changed in the world since the biggest pop culture gathering on the East Coast celebrated its ast genuine edition back in 2019.

New York Comic Con 2021 will return to Manhattan's Javits Center between Thursday, October 7 - Sunday, October 10, 2021.

The New York Comic Con convention, is a celebration of comic books, graphic novels, sci-fi and video games, toys, movies and television.
