I first met and photographed Theodore in 2010 , now ten years later we meet again in 2020 and again on the streets of New York.

Theodore Parker, an African American elderly homeless male with white beard and mustache, a street person in New York City.

New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo on April 15, 2020 said he is ordering all people to wear a face covering while in public as the state works to combat the nation's worst coronavirus outbreak.

You now have to wear face covering ( masks, bandanas, surgical masks ) in public or indoors when shopping as a way to reduce the spread of coronavirus pandemic.
