Working 04) 192 7th Ave Work in Progress - Excavation and Superstructure

192 7th Avenue on the corner of 7th Avenue South and 11th Street, NYC.
The first part is from Demolition to Excavation to creating the foundation to build upwards.
The second phase or part is the superstructure the upward extension of an existing structure above a baseline.
A new subcontracted construction crew will work on the superstructure. The different steps will be: 1) build load bearing framework on the first floor 2) 4x8 plywood on top of framework 3) floor opening for plumbing connections and extensions 4) concrete then poured 5) external enclosing walls and 6) the vertical extension process repeated 4 more times.
The third phase is the 2x4 aluminum studs framing inside and outside walls. sheet rock and insulation. Followed and electrical work.
The fourth stage is exterior windows and wall on the building shell.
